My first one. I have thoughts about this blogging business as it pertains to me, but i don't have the time right now to write them. so, i'll just jump right in. On thursday night I go to a bible study with some other people my age and right now we are reading through Ecclisiastes(i had to check how to spell it) at the behest of me(i like ecclisiastes, my best friend tim, said it was his favorite at one time). We were reading through chapter 5 last night, and one of the girls read from Eugene peterson's the message which says, " So what was the point of working for a salary of smoke?" and i wondered allowed if the 1/2 day i worked for the cigar shop last year, and received payment for my services(which consisted of ringing up a few customers, smoking more cigars, and reading book 5 of harry potter) in cigars was what ole solomon was referring to, or maybe that was the other part of the chapter when he says eat drink and be marry, and enjoy your life for what it is.
